Sol Print Studio is teaming with Alma Cocina Latina restaurant to sponsor a print exhibition and sale to benefit the Barriga LLena Corazón Contento to help feed the children of Hospital de Los Rios in Caracas Venezuela.
Artists will donate a portion of their sales, the restaurant is donating refreshments and the staff is donating their time to help this important cause.
Venezuela is currently experiencing a severe humanitarian crisis caused by political and economic turmoil. A group of chefs in Caracas have come together to cook nutritious soups for the young patients of Hospital de Los Rios. They make over 200 meals a day at the cost of $150. The proceeds from this Art sale will be hand delivered to the chefs of this foundation in hopes that they can reach even more children.
